Green Music zu Gast bei der GreenEvents Europe Konferenz

Image

In diesem Sinne: „Harder Faster Greener Please!!!“

English version:

In November 2012 we participated in the GreenEvents Europe conference taking place in Bonn, Germany. Together with 120 participants from national and international festivals such as Wacken, TollwoodØya or Kazantip, as well as organisations including Viva con Aqua, Julies BicycleSounds for Nature and Deutsche Telekom we spoke about the green future of festivals and events. During the 2-day workshop we discussed, among many other topics, the water- and energy-management on festivals, the social responsibility of major events as well as fundamental questions concerning the ‚Energiewende‘.
Looking back we truly appreciated the familial atmosphere during the conference and the networking dinners, which made this event very exciting and productive. This is why we also share the opinion of the conference organiser Holger Jan Schmidt (GO Group), who stated that there still is potential to grow in terms of numbers of participants and also regarding interest in the topic in general.

In that sense : „Harder Faster Greener Please!!!“
